Basil mint is a lush, aromatic mint, with just a hint of basil scent. The plant produces pale purple flowers during the summer that are attractive to pollinators.
It has an aromatic upright-growing perennial with narrow leaves and a basil-mint aroma. It's versatile mint is used for several purposes in the food industry. From using it for herbal teas, to salads, to even in a pesto, basil is a popular food ingredient which is widely known for it's as a spicy, fragrance taste.
Amongst all the mints, it is a vigorous grower. The herb that have numerous uses. Basil is a common herb which used as an important ingredient in Italian and southeast Asian cuisines.
